Rhett Hintze is the Technology Consulting and Strategy Advisor of Affion Public. He also serves as Bravo Group's Chief Operation Officer, in addition to heading their procurement practice, advising clients on technology purchasing and other public sector business opportunities.

Mr. Hintze left service at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in late 2000 to help establish Affinity. He has since attracted seasoned and experienced staff to Affion Public and built partnerships with other practices to seek out the best talent for delivering solutions to Affion's clients. He has led efforts to develop key technology policy initiatives, managed regional and statewide initiatives, and been instrumental in securing support and funding for critical projects. Organizations served include those from the health care, education and government communities.

He previously worked as a Senior Policy Manager for Technology & Economic Development in the Governor's Policy Office and in the Governor's Office of Administration's Office for Information Technology, in which he served as Executive Assistant to the CIO. He remains committed to helping develop and advancing key policies where technology plays an integral part improving organization or community environments.

While at the Commonwealth his activities included enterprise technology policy development, multi-agency initiative coordination and oversight, and e-government strategy development and implementation. He also coordinated national and international initiatives, working directly with representatives from the Commonwealth, other states, the U.S. government, foreign governments and national and international organizations to develop and implement IT initiatives.

He has also spent time working in city, county and national government offices.

Mr. Hintze received his B.S. in Business/Finance from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and his M.P.A. from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University with an emphasis in Public Finance.
